Local Businesses and Shoppers Spread Easter Cheer With Generous Egg Donations
Children and families across the city will enjoy a brighter Easter this year thanks to an outpouring of generosity from local organisations and the community.
Cytiva, Large & Gibson Solicitors, and customers of Tesco Fratton joined forces to donate a remarkable collection of Easter eggs to support Home-Start Portsmouth and the families we work with working. The donations will be distributed to children who may otherwise have gone without a treat this holiday season. We have been able to gift eggs at our weekly stay & play groups, Easter groups, on 1-1 visits and more.
The response has been truly heart‑warming and will bring so much joy, as these contributions help us reach even more households during what can be a difficult time for many.
The collaborative effort reflects the strong community spirit across Portsmouth, with businesses and residents stepping up to make a meaningful difference, we are truly grateful to every individual who has enabled this to happen.
