All parents struggle at one time or another. For some, the challenges can be greater. You are not alone.
Support from Home-Start
If you would like to receive support in any one of our projects, please call or email us to discuss your needs. It may be that you are not currently eligible for a service or that we need to ask your Health Visitor to make a referral for you but if we can’t help you, we will almost certainly know someone who can, so please do get in touch.
Support available from services in the city to best support you, can also be discussed with our Family Hub Champions in the family hubs around the city. You can contact the champions at familyhubchampions@hsportsmouth.org.uk or text on 07860 025516.
Making a referral
The majority of our projects require a referral from a professional, usually a Health Visitor. If you would like to make a referral but have not done so before, please get in touch to discuss our criteria before doing so.
