Christmas Hamper Appeal Returns to Support Local Families This Festive Season
Home-Start Portsmouth’s much-loved Christmas Hamper Appeal is back, giving local people the opportunity to bring some extra festive cheer to families across the city.
Each year, the charity is overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of individuals, families, friendship groups and community organisations who come together to create Christmas hampers for families supported by Home-Start Portsmouth.
The appeal invites supporters to fill a hamper with brand-new gifts and essential festive items, helping to make Christmas a little brighter for local children and parents who may be facing challenging circumstances.
For those who are unable to put together a full hamper, there are still plenty of ways to get involved. Donations of individual new items are also welcomed and will be used to help complete hampers for families in need.
